Yankeetown Changes Operations
Remains with Customer Service for the Water Utility
Dear Yankeetown Utility Customers:
On October 1, 2023, the Town of Yankeetown made the following changes to our water system.
USWSC has been replaced by has been replaced by Water Pro.
Customer Service Changes Effective October 1, 2023
Effective October 1, 2023, Pegasus will be answering calls regarding service, bills, fees, and
payments. The customer service representatives are the same people who have been providing
this service for the Town, however, the contact information has changed.
A NEW account number: Please reference your new account number.
A NEW customer service number: Customers will still be able to contact an experienced
customer service agent for billing questions. Please call 1-651-255-0986.
Call Center Business Hours Remain the Same: Normal hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. -
5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday (except designated holidays).
A NEW remit to address: Beginning this month, payments are to be mailed to:

If you are Currently a Bank Online Payment Customer: Please change your profile to include
your NEW account number and the NEW remit to address.
